Gordon + Giada: Salmon with Polenta
For dinner this weekend, we were inspired by a Gordon Ramsay recipe for polenta with blistered tomatoes and balsamic vinegar (watch below) and this take from Giada De Laurentis with broiled salmon with mustard sauce.

Ingredients
2 Cups corn polenta
4 Cups of Veggie Broth
2 Garlic cloves
Fresh herbs such as Thyme or Basil
Balsamic Vinegar

1 Pound of fresh salmon - cut into serving portions
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon Whole Grain Mustard (with seeds)
1 Tablespoon of white wine (italian dry)
2 Lemon wedges
